SHIPPING POLICY
Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
Domestic Shipping (United States) We offer the following shipping options:
- Standard Shipping — Estimated delivery 5–7 business days
- Express Shipping — Estimated delivery 2–3 business days
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your order and location.
International Shipping We ship internationally via USPS and DHL Express. International delivery times vary by destination and may be subject to customs delays. Any customs duties, taxes, or import fees are the responsibility of the customer.
Order Tracking Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.
Lost or Damaged Packages If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us at kathylb71@gmail.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date and we will work to resolve the issue promptly.
